El Recreo Spanish is looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and committed Early Years Spanish Teacher to join our team in Greenwich, London.
The role involves teaching Spanish to babies and young children aged 6 months to 5 years through fun, interactive and age-appropriate sessions.
Requirements
- Fluent Spanish – essential
- Experience working with babies, toddlers and children under 5
- Experience or knowledge of Early Years / EYFS
- Confidence teaching Spanish through songs, stories, games, movement, play and sensory activities
- A warm, energetic and engaging approach with young children
- Committed, organised, responsible and communicative
- Reliable and punctual
- Commitment to working with us every Saturday for a minimum of one academic year
- Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one before starting
- Right to work in the UK – essential
- Applicants will be required to provide the appropriate identification and Right to Work documentation as part of the recruitment process
- Relevant Safeguarding training and any other mandatory training required for the role
- If the successful candidate does not already hold the required up-to-date training certificates, they will be required to complete the relevant training with El Recreo Spanish before starting the role
- Willingness to follow El Recreo Spanish policies, safeguarding procedures and code of conduct
- Commitment: Minimum 1 year
Previous experience teaching Spanish to babies and young children is highly desirable.
