Job Description: We are looking for a friendly and compassionate Host/Hostess to join our team. As a Host/Hostess, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our residents feel comfortable and well-cared for. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting residents with their daily activities and needs
- Coordinating and facilitating social activities and events
- Ensuring the dining area is clean and set up for meals
- Providing support to the care team as needed
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive and empathetic attitude
- Ability to work well in a team
- Previous experience in a care home or hospitality setting is a plus
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holiday
