A-Head of the Game Nutrition
Whitchurch, Wellfield Road, Roath & Cardiff Bay
We’re looking for hard-working, confident Front of House Team Members to join the A-Head of the Game Nutrition team. This role is based across our Whitchurch, Wellfield Road (Roath) & our brand new Cardiff Bay location, so flexibility to work between the two shops is a big plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing excellent customer service and engaging positively with customers
- Serving customers efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Barista duties
- Preparing and serving food, including paninis, smoothies, protein shakes and drinks
- Learning and confidently working with a large menu
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene
- Taking pride in your work and contributing to a positive team atmosphere
What We’re Looking For:
- A team player with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working at pace and able to step it up during busy periods
- Uses own initiative, but asks questions when unsure
- Confident in your own ability and open to learning
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, engaging manner
- Positive energy and a good sense of humour
- Able to take direction and constructive criticism well
