Fire & Security Engineer

CHS Fire and Security Limited are a family-run fire and security company and an accredited BAFE and SSAIB installer, looking to recruit a reliable and experienced Fire & Security Engineer to join our growing team.
We are seeking both an Installation Engineer and Commissioning Engineer to work across a varied and interesting workload throughout Great Yarmouth, Norwich and the wider Norfolk area.
The role will involve:
- Installation and commissioning of intruder alarm systems
- Installation and commissioning of IP CCTV systems
- Installation, servicing and commissioning of fire alarm systems
- Installation of access control systems
- Carrying out routine preventative maintenance visits
- Responding to service call-outs and fault finding
- Working directly with customers and maintaining a high level of professionalism
- Completing electronic job sheets and service documentation accurately
About you:
- Previous experience as a Fire & Security Engineer is essential
- Confident in both installation and commissioning of fire and security systems
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a small, supportive team
- Reliable, professional and customer-focused at all times
- Full UK driving licence required
