We are looking for dedicated experienced full time or part time care assistants to join our team here at The Glade Residential Care Home.
We have nights only available.
In this role, you will be offering full person-centred care and support to our residents to ensure they feel safe, secure and content.
As a carer you must:
- Provide assistance, personal care, activities and companionship to residents.
- Be alert to residents needs, health and wellbeing.
- Respect the residents dignity and privacy
- Work with residents and their families to deliver tailored care to each individual
- Assist with mealtimes
- Assist with safe manual handling when moving residents
- Maintain accurate records for each resident
About You
- Reliable and respectful at all times
- Passionate about delivering first - class care
- Patient, kind and understanding
Your skills:
- Have strong interpersonal skills
- Have the ability to use own initiative
- Be a team player
- Be a good communicator with others
No qualifications are required but experience is essential to the role. if you hold a NVQ Level 2 or 3 that would be advantage.
