An exciting opportunity has arisen to join MSK Sports Injury Clinic – a multi-award-winning, five-star, state-of-the-art clinic based in Westerhope. Renowned as one of the North East's leading sports injury and rehabilitation clinics, we have built an outstanding reputation for delivering exceptional patient care, achieving outstanding clinical outcomes, and investing in the development of our team.
Due to continued expansion and record numbers of new clients, we are looking for a passionate, motivated, and highly skilled therapist to become part of our growing clinical team.
This is a permanent salaried position for 22 hours per week, with a clear pathway to a full-time role as the clinic continues to grow. Working hours are between 7:00am–6:40pm Monday to Friday and 7:00am–12:40pm weekends.

What We're Looking For
We're searching for a therapist who is enthusiastic, professional, and committed to delivering outstanding clinical care.
Essential
Degree in Sports Therapy or Sports Rehabilitation, or a Level 4 qualification in Sports Massage Therapy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with clients.
A team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
Passion for delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
Previous clinical experience working independently.

Myofascial Dry Cupping Therapy
Medical Acupuncture (Dry Needling)
Shockwave Therapy Level 1
Your Role
As part of our clinical team, you will:
Carry out thorough patient assessments and formulate accurate clinical diagnoses.
Deliver evidence-based treatment using excellent clinical reasoning.
Create personalised rehabilitation programmes that reduce pain and restore function.
Clearly explain diagnoses, treatment plans, and rehabilitation strategies to patients.
Provide sports massage treatments while developing your own loyal client base.
Independently manage your own clinical diary and caseload.
Maintain accurate patient notes in line with professional and clinic standards.
Use outcome measures to demonstrate patient progress.
Contribute to the growth of the clinic through social media engagement and marketing initiatives.
Respond professionally to patient enquiries by phone, email, and social media.
Meet agreed performance targets while consistently delivering an exceptional five-star patient experience.
