Champion Quality and Assurance: Audit & Risk Officer at Kingdom Group
We are recruiting an Audit & Risk Officer to join our Compliance & Risk Team. Reporting to the Compliance & Risk Team Leader, you will play a key role in developing and embedding quality assurance processes, coordinating audits, and supporting colleagues across the Group to identify, manage and mitigate risk.

The Role
As an Audit & Risk Officer, you will:
- Support the implementation of quality assurance processes and procedures, monitoring performance and coordinating audits to drive service quality across the Group.
- Help embed our risk management framework, advising colleagues on identifying, assessing and monitoring risks, and keeping our risk register up to date.
- Investigate quality concerns and complaints alongside customers and stakeholders, ensuring the right corrective and preventative action is taken.
- Analyse data to produce clear reports and management information and deliver training and briefing sessions across the Group.

About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds an HND qualification (or equivalent experience) in a relevant subject, along with previous experience in a similar quality, audit or risk role.
- Has knowledge and understanding of quality management systems and auditing processes.
- Communicates confidently, with strong report writing skills and a proven ability to analyse, interpret and present data.
- Builds effective working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders across the organisation.
- Manages a busy workload with strong attention to detail, keeping a clear focus on targets, deadlines and outcomes.
- Brings a customer-focused, professional and flexible approach to work.
