Location: Frimley Green, with a planned move to Frimley High Street towards the end of 2026
Hours: 16 hours per week
- Thursday: 8:30am–6:30pm
- Friday: 12:30pm–6:30pm
These are fixed working days and hours.
Pay: £12.71–£13.71 per hour, depending on experience

We are looking for a warm, organised and motivated Administrator/Receptionist to join our Patient Relationship Team at Osteopathic Consultancy.
You will be one of the first points of contact for our patients and will play an important role in making sure every interaction with the clinic is calm, welcoming, professional and efficient.
This is more than a traditional reception role. Alongside welcoming patients and managing appointments, you will proactively contact patients, support their ongoing care and help the clinic run smoothly.
What you will be doing
- Welcoming patients and creating a friendly, professional first impression
- Answering telephone calls and responding to patient enquiries
- Booking, changing and managing appointments
- Taking payments and supporting patients with rebooking
- Managing emails and completing administrative tasks accurately
- Making outgoing calls to patients for follow-ups, appointment support and continuity of care
- Supporting the wider Patient Relationship Team during busy periods
- Providing occasional holiday and sickness cover for colleagues
- Assisting with end-of-day clinic close-down
- Helping to ensure the reception and treatment areas are left clean, tidy and ready for the following day
Holiday cover may include up to five additional full working days per year. This will be shared across the team wherever possible and arranged in advance.

Skills and experience
Essential:
- Excellent computer skills
- A confident and professional telephone manner
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good organisational and time-management skills
- A proactive, can-do attitude
- A-Level or equivalent qualification
- Fluent spoken and written English
- The right to work in the United Kingdom
Previous healthcare, administration, customer service or reception experience would be helpful, but it is not essential. Full training will be provided to the right person.
