We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Demi Chef De Partie to take on this opportunity for a hotel in Bath. You will join a new kitchen team at a very exciting time as the hotel has recently undergone a huge refurbishment with a brand-new restaurant area and concept.

The Person
The Successful Demi Chef De Partie will have the following:
- Already be an established Commis or Demi Chef de Partie from a high-end restaurant or hotel background
- Experience of working with the very best fresh, seasonal, local ingredients.
- great attention to detail and flair with presentation
- Passion for great food, drinks and service.
- Experience with multi outlets preferably.
- A background in (very) busy, fast moving, city centre restaurants is highly desirable.
