We are a friendly, family run business, with a great established team. We are looking for someone to join us and carry on the good work. We service and repair customer vehicles as well as our own sales vehicles. We also have an MOT bay which of course brings its own work and keeps us nice and busy.
Duties:
-Class 4 MOT Testing
- Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on vehicles
- Repair or replace faulty components, parts, or systems
- Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to complete repairs
- Test vehicles to ensure proper functionality and performance
- Maintain accurate records of all repairs and maintenance activities
Skills:
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Have experience and willingness to work on all makes and age of vehicles
- Experience with welding & Tyre Fitting
- Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose issues accurately
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
