About the Role
Fundacion Coepio UK is seeking a creative and strategic Communications Manager to lead internal and external communications initiatives. The successful candidate will help strengthen the organization's voice, build meaningful stakeholder relationships, and ensure clear and engaging communication across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement communication strategies and campaigns.
- Manage internal and external communications.
- Create and oversee high-quality written and digital content.
- Support media relations and stakeholder engagement.
- Manage communication channels, publications, and key messaging.
- Coordinate communication activities for projects and events.
- Monitor campaign performance and audience engagement.
- Ensure consistent messaging and brand representation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience in communications, public relations, or corporate communications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong content development and storytelling abilities.
- Experience managing digital communication channels.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and project-management skills.
