Berkhamsted Golf Club is a private members' club that prides itself on its natural and sustainable view of golf & hospitality. We are looking for candidates the same passion in other aspects of their lives.
We’re looking for friendly, attentive and organised people to join our team here at Berkhamsted Golf Club.
The role is full-time and will require weekend availability.
You will be joining our close front of house team and instantly becoming part of the Berkhamsted Golf Club 'Family'.
The club's purpose is to enrich the lives of our members with a welcoming, quality and sustainable golf club experience, of which they can be proud. The ideal candidate will be expected to be an ambassador of these values and to adhere to them on a daily basis.
We offer training and career development for anyone starting a career in hospitality or looking to take the next step.
The club operates more sociable hours than traditional hospitality; you will typically be finished by 10 pm in the summer and roughly 6 pm in the winter, unless there is an event on.
As a member of staff, you will have complimentary access to the golf course, along with discounts on Food & Drink. On shift, you will also be entitled to a free staff meal.
Please note, this is not a seasonal position.
So what are we looking for?
Previous work experience as a Server/Waiter/Waitress - at least 1 year minimum. Previous work at a Members' club is preferable; however is not needed.
You are on point for members' experience and ensure there is clear communication within the team, so that everything runs smoothly and nothing goes amiss.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £10.85-£12.71 per hour
Expected hours: 25.0 – 45.0 per week
