Freelance Site Manager – Groundworks
Birmingham | NHS Project | 25 Weeks
We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a live NHS construction project in Birmingham, managing the groundworks/civils package.
This is a 25-week freelance contract, running through until February 2027, with an immediate start available.
Requirements:
- SMSTS
- CSCS
- First Aid
- Strong groundworks/civils experience
- NHS/healthcare project experience advantageous but not essential
