We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our Employment team, supporting our Hull office while working closely with colleagues across the wider firm.

You will play a key role in supporting the Employment team, working alongside experienced colleagues on a broad range of matters while continuing to develop your own caseload and client relationships.
Our Employment team advises a diverse client base ranging from SMEs through to household names and PLCs across multiple sectors, including education, agriculture, food, public authorities, and the third sector.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage a technically varied employment caseload

Deliver high-quality, client-focused legal advice

Develop relationships with new and existing clients

Contribute to business development initiatives and marketing activities

Work closely with Partners and senior colleagues on more complex matters

Assist in mentoring and developing junior colleagues

Maintain strong financial discipline, including time recording and billing
