Responsibilities:
- Assist senior chefs in food preparation and production
- Contribute to menu planning and creation of innovative dishes
- Supervise kitchen staff and provide guidance as needed
- Ensure high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area
- Support team management in daily operations
- Uphold health and safety regulations at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a culinary role, preferably in a hospitality or restaurant setting
- Proficient in food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team
- Qualification in culinary arts or relevant field is desirable
