We need an exceptional Office Manager to come and join our team and help us execute on our ambitious growth plans. If you are self-reliant, focused, ambitious, friendly and have high standards we want to talk with you!
You will be accountable for:-
- Bookkeeping within Xero
- Reconciliation utilizing custom-built software
- Must be computer literate
- Generating quotations for clients
- Communication with clients
- Invoicing
- Procurement planning of projects
- HR
- Handling all incoming administration
- Cash flow.
We work alongside some household names in the UK and standards must always remain high.
This role has outstanding career prospects for the right candidate willing to support and execute on our long term growth strategy.
To be considered for this role you will need to have: -
- 5 years experience in a similar role
- Experience with Xero accountancy software

20 working days holiday plus bank holidays
This is a part-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:30 a.m. until 2:30 p.m and hybrid working is available for the right candidate.
