This opportunity is designed for recent graduates looking to gain real-world commercial experience in sales, marketing, fundraising, leadership, customer acquisition, and business development. Whether you’ve studied Business, Marketing, Psychology, Sports Science, Criminology, Law, or another degree, full training is provided.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
As a Sales & Marketing Graduate, you’ll represent nationally recognised charities through face-to-face customer acquisition campaigns.
A typical day includes:
* Attending daily sales and leadership workshops
* Developing commercial skills in sales, communication, fundraising, and marketing
* Speaking with members of the public in residential areas
* Raising awareness and acquiring new long-term supporters
* Delivering professional presentations and building rapport
* Working towards individual and team performance targets
* Receiving daily coaching from experienced business leaders
* Developing leadership skills with clear progression opportunities
This role is ideal for graduates looking to build confidence, develop transferable business skills, and gain practical experience in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
