Warehouse Dispatcher - Fish Filleter
Overview:
We are currently looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Warehouse Dispatcher.
In this role, you will be crucial in ensuring our warehouse operations run smoothly by efficiently handling goods and maintaining an organised workspace. We are looking for someone proactive who can manage various responsibilities, from inventory management to administrative tasks.
No prior experience is needed, as we will provide training.
The working hours are Tuesday to Saturday, from 01:00 AM to 10:00 AM., including a break in the middle of the shift.
You will also be entitled to 20 days of annual leave plus bank holidays each year.
Please note that there will be a three-month probation period.
Salary
£28,000 to £30,000 per annum.

Responsibilities
- Receiving, inspecting, and organising incoming goods and materials, which may involve some heavy lifting.
- Scaling / Filleting Salmon and dispatching all client orders daily.
- Maintaining accurate inventory records through data entry and general office tasks.
- Operating warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Preparing additional orders for dispatch, ensuring accuracy and timely readiness.
- Conducting daily stocktaking and inventory audits as needed.
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area.
- Communicating effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
Qualifications
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
