We are an independent, specialist engineering workshop based near to Lutterworth. We dedicate our expertise to the high-level care, preparation, and bespoke upgrade of classic and modern performance cars and motorsport vehicles.
The Role
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Mechanic (ideally a race mechanic who can commit to working in between race meetings) on a contract basis. This is a hands-on role focusing on general mechanical work, servicing and vehicle assembly. You will work across a variety of performance vehicles, ensuring every task meets absolute professional standards.
Key Responsibilities:
· Conducting precision vehicle servicing, routine maintenance, and mechanical repairs.
· Disassembling, cleaning, and inspecting mechanical components.
· Engine removal and refit.
· Fitting performance upgrades, suspension systems, and gearboxes.
· Assisting the wider engineering team with general workshop tasks.
· Maintaining/helping towards an immaculate, safe, and organised workspace.
What We’re Looking For:
· Proven experience as a mechanic or technician in a professional garage or workshop environment.
· Strong general technical capability, diagnostic skills, and tool proficiency.
· Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to mechanical tasks.
· A proactive professional who works safely, efficiently, and takes pride in their work.
· An active interest in motorsport and high-performance vehicles.
Contract Details:
· Competitive contract rate paid weekly/monthly.
· Initial contract duration to be agreed, with potential for extension.
· Immediate start available for the right candidate.
