Mixing Operative

The successful candidate will play a key role in the blending and mixing department, ensuring products are manufactured to specification.

Key Responsibilities:
· Manufacture batches in line with formulation sheets and product specifications.
· Operate, monitor, and safely use mixing and blending equipment.
· Adhere to GMP, HACCP, PPE, Health & Safety, and site procedures at all times.
· Accurately weigh and measure ingredients to achieve correct batch quantities.
· Monitor, record, and report batch progress, deviations, safety concerns, and non-conformances.
· Complete all production, quality, and compliance documentation accurately and on time.
· Monitor raw material usage and coordinate the movement of materials and packaging to the warehouse.
· Assist with the loading and unloading of tankers, ISO tanks, flexi bags, and rail carts
· Maintain high standards of hygiene and housekeeping across blending areas, including cleaning and pressure washing duties.
Requirements:
· Experience working in a manufacturing, chemical, or food production environment is desirable.
· Good numeracy skills and attention to detail
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Willingness to train and work with chemicals.
