The Role:
This newly created role brings you the opportunity to make a real mark on our fast-growing brand. You'll be the one making sure our sales growth, promotional activity, marketing investment, pricing decisions and exciting new product launches all deliver profitable, sustainable returns.
You will be working collaboratively with commercial teams – business partnering with the Sales, Innovation and Marketing functions. Working closely with our CFO, you'll help steer smart commercial decisions and shape how we invest across customer and consumer and you'll build the commercial financial models that make it easy to see what's really working (before and after investment), from promotions and JBPs to Trade and Consumer marketing.

What You'll Bring
Essential:
FMCG experience within branded food and drink
International experience, including working in a business that sells through international retailers and distributors
Proven Revenue Growth Management experience - you know how to price and promote to genuinely maximise value
Experience developing and leading a team - a genuine, motivating people leader
Strong commercial acumen
Advanced financial modelling and Excel skills
Confident business partnering, influencing and stakeholder management
Forecasting and analytical expertise
A professional finance qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent)
