About the Role
The Clinical Lead will report to the Registered Manager and is responsible for delivering high standards of care in accordance with Manor Life policies and procedures and all external regulatory requirements.
This includes efficient and effective day to day running of the Home, developing an exceptionally personalised service for every resident and their loved ones, management of all staff and developing positive working relationships with external stakeholders, as this is a fundamental role within social care.
This is a perfect role for a Registered Nurse holding a valid PIN who is an experienced team supervisor and is ready to undertake lead responsibility as part of their continuing professional development.

About You
We are looking for a Clinical Lead with the following skills and qualifications and experience:
- A qualified RGN
- Previous experience working in a senior role within the care home environment is desirable but not essential.
- A committed and organised approach.
- We require an excellent communicator with experience in leading and motivating staff members.
- A good understanding of Regulatory Compliance and the ability to demonstrate delivery of a quality service.
