A multi-discipline regional firm with offices in Leeds and Bradford engaging in both legal aid and non legal aid work.
Job Summary
Due to sustained growth the firm is seeking a Solicitor / Legal Assistant / Caseworker with a background in RTA / OL / EL / PL. The role will be suited to a candidate who is looking to take their career to the next level and grow with the firm. An ambitious and client-focused individual would be of particular interest to us. The Role
- Full time, permanent
- Handling a workload of portal and litigated PI, OL, EL, PL files
- Issuing Stage 3 and part 7/8 proceedings
- Management of own caseload
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
- Ideally you will have a number of years of experience in both portal and litigated Personal Injury work
