We’re working with a well-established business just outside Bishops Stortford who are looking to add a Customer Service Executive to their busy, welcoming team.
If you’ve worked in retail, airport, hospitality or an office environment and enjoy dealing with people — you’ll fit right in.
What you’ll be doing:
- Answering incoming calls and responding to emails
- Handling customer queries, returns and general enquiries
- Using the company CRM system (full training provided)
- Building positive relationships with customers
- Supporting the team in a busy, fast-paced environment

- What we’re looking for:
- Friendly, confident and a good communicator
- Previous customer service experience (any background considered)
- Comfortable using systems / learning new tools
- A team player who enjoys a lively environment
- Reliable and positive with a “get stuck in” attitude
