An excellent opportunity has arisen for a SHE Advisor to join our Property Services team, covering Stafford, Stoke, and the North West. The role supports a diverse range of projects, including new build, refurbishment, fit-out, engineering services, and maintenance. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and providing expert advice on Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) policies, procedures, and best practices across the business.

What you’ll do:
- Supporting site teams with regard to Health and Safety best practice
- Provide both site auditing and site guidance sessions
- Compile H&S reports
- Analyse information and provide insight for areas of improvement
- Liaise with other departments on Health and Safety matters
- Provide advice and guidance during the pre-construction stage
- Provide impartial investigation where accidents and incidents occur
- Support, advise and complete pre-construction documents
Have you got what it takes:
- NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate (minimum)
- Tech IOSH membership or above
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Great communication skills
- Drive and enthusiasm for the Health and Safety role and profession
