Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced CNC Machine Operator to join our busy manufacturing team.
We manufacture high-quality kitchen and bedroom cabinets for contractors, developers, and private customers.
The Role:
- Operate and programme CNC machinery for cabinet production.
- Read and interpret kitchen and bedroom plans, drawings, and customer sketches.
- Prepare CAD drawings and CNC programmes.
- Ensure all work is produced accurately and to a high standard.
- Work closely with the production and sales team to meet deadlines.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience operating CNC machinery.
- Experience within the kitchen, bedroom, or fitted furniture industry.
- Ability to read technical drawings, kitchen plans, and sketches.
- CAD design experience.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
