All positions are paid, including internships, with a focus on delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced setting.
We are looking for someone over 18 and also no " uni student" please. Do not waste each other's time.
Duties
- Serve drinks and beverages to guests in a courteous and timely manner
- Take orders accurately and handle cash or card payments efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area at all times
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and responsible alcohol service regulations
- Prepare simple food items or garnishes as required, adhering to food safety protocols
- Upsell drinks and promote special offers to maximise sales opportunities
- Assist with stock replenishment and inventory management
- Provide excellent guest services by engaging with customers professionally and courteously
- Support the team during busy periods, ensuring smooth operation of the bar area
Skills
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is highly desirable
- Knowledge of food safety standards and food preparation techniques
- Strong serving skills with an emphasis on guest satisfaction
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately
- Kitchen or culinary experience is advantageous but not essential
- Excellent time management to prioritise tasks effectively during busy periods
- Ability to upsell products confidently to enhance guest experience and sales
- Good communication skills and a friendly demeanour
- Organised with the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
