Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Salary: £26,107 Basic + Uncapped Commission
Want more than just a job? Want a career where your ambition, effort and results are genuinely rewarded? Look no further!
Circle specialise in Technology, Engineering and Transformation recruitment across manufacturing in the UK, EU and US. We partner with some of the world's leading manufacturers, including Mars, Nestlé, Kraft Heinz, Arla and many other household brands.
As we continue to expand and evolve we're looking for driven, energetic, and hungry individuals, ideally with a sales background who want a career they can thrive and grow in. Where hard work, determination, and ambition are genuinely rewarded.
We’re looking for the next generation of ambitious Recruitment Consultants to join our expanding team.
If you’re driven, energetic, competitive and hungry to succeed, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.
Who we are looking for:
We don't expect recruitment experience – we hire for attitude.
We're looking for people who have:
Hunger, drive, motivation and a passion to succeed and excel
A natural sales instinct, who love winning
Confidence, energy and enthusiasm
The mindset to thrive on targets, challenges and competition
Resilience and strength of character - who don't give up when things get tough
The drive and ambition to be successful — who are prepared to work for it
Positive, energetic attitude
A sales background is a huge advantage, but we’re equally interested in people with the right attitude, personality and ambition. If you’re confident, resilient and motivated by success, we’ll give you the tools to turn that potential into a career.
What You'll Be Doing:
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll learn every aspect of the recruitment process while developing valuable sales and business development skills.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building relationships with clients and candidates
- Developing new business opportunities through sales activity
- Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Managing the recruitment process from start to finish
- Negotiating offers and closing deals
- Building and maintaining long-term professional relationships
- Working towards individual and team targets
This is a sales-focused role where your effort directly impacts your earnings and career progression.
Why join us:
We're not a corporate recruitment factory. We're a bespoke consultancy that values relationships, quality, and ambition. Our culture is built around success, teamwork, and celebrating achievements. As we grow, so do the opportunities for our people.
We believe your career should be driven by your ambition — not limited by it.
Be rewarded for your success:
Your hard work and results won’t go unnoticed. We believe high performers should be rewarded accordingly.
Real career progression:
We’re growing — and that means more opportunities. Develop your skills, take on more responsibility and progress as the business does.
High-energy environment:
No boring days and no sitting on the sidelines. You’ll be part of an ambitious, fast-paced team where everyone is pushing to be better.
Training & development:
Our trainees are trained using our internal £Million Biller framework, built to take raw sales ability and turn it into revenue quickly. You will learn how to build a market, own relationships, and position yourself as a specialist.
You will be coached daily, held accountable weekly, and developed by leaders who have done it at a high level.
Recognition & rewards:
We celebrate success. Hit your targets, smash your goals and stand out from the crowd — we’ll make sure your achievements are recognised.
Uncapped potential:
We’re looking for people who want to build something, earn more and go further. If you have the ambition, the sky’s the limit.
Ready to make your move?
If you’re tired of playing it safe and ready to challenge yourself, for the potential to have earning potential you may never have dreamed of and to build a career you’re proud of, we want to hear from you.
Bring the ambition. We’ll provide the opportunity.
