Fitkit UK Ltd are looking to employ a 2-3 person team for Gym Equipment Installation.
The ideal candidates based in Reading or the Surrounding Area, working as a remote team to deliver and install gym equipment predominately in the south of the UK, however they will also be used as a support team for larger UK wide projects.
Remote/Onsite Working - Delivering and installing Commercial Gym Equipment in the south of the UK and the rest of the UK when required.

About the Role
FitKit UK Ltd is one of the UK’s leading gym equipment installation companies, working with major fitness equipment manufacturers across the Leisure, Education and Home sectors. Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit 2–3 Delivery & Installation Technicians to join our expanding team.
This is a hands-on, physically active role delivering and installing gym and fitness equipment at sites across the UK. You will work in teams ranging from small two-person crews to larger project teams of up to 10 people on major installations.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and install gym and fitness equipment across Southern England including London, South East, South West and East of England
- Support on larger projects all over the UK when required.
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Work as part of a team to complete installations to a high standard
- Provide excellent customer service on site
- Follow all health and safety procedures
- Represent FitKit UK professionally at customer locations
What We’re Looking For
You should be:
- Mechanically minded with a “can-do” attitude
- Experienced using hand and power tools (minimum 2 years)
- Physical Fitness and Endurance is a must have for this role along with being comfortable with heavy lifting on a daily basis.
- A strong team player with good communication skills
- Reliable, punctual and detail-oriented
- Willing to work away from home (average 2 nights per week)
- Comfortable driving long distances and traveling across the UK in vans
An interest in fitness or gym equipment is desirable but not essential.
Working Hours & Travel
- Early starts between 5:00–6:00am to reach site for 8:00am
- No fixed finish times – hours depend on project completion
- Contracted minimum: 45 hours per week
- Any hours worked over 45 hours are paid at your normal hourly rate
Due to the nature of the role, this position is not suitable for candidates who require fixed finishing times.
Salary & Benefits

Requirements
- Full Manual UK Driving Licence (held for minimum 2 years)
- Experience driving Vans & Luton Vehicles.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience using hand and power tools
- Willingness to travel and stay away overnight
- Technical ability and a good mechanical understanding
Location Requirement - The ideal candidate would be based in Reading or the surrounding area.
Applicants will be field based ideally situated in the south of the UK.
