Overview
The Brunch and Cocktail Club, Liverpool, is part of the growing Rebel Restaurants Group with Sister restaurants Emily's, Formby and Penelope's, Birkdale.
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team in providing exceptional service and creating a memorable experience for our guests. This will be a mix of day time shifts and also covering our party shifts.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a flair for crafting quality beverages and have a friendly guest focused attitude. You will be responsible for taking guests orders, preparing and serving a range of drinks from coffees to signature cocktails, while maintaining a clean and tidy environment. We are looking for someone with previous experience across all areas of the bar including barista experience at a high standard.

Duties
- Offer a warm welcome to all our guests.
- Prepare a range of drinks from coffees to cockatails maintaining consistency and a high standard.
- At times offering recommendations to suit the guests taste.
- Serve drinks in a timely manner, adhering to safety standards.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the bar area
- Take order and handle payments accurately, processing transactions while providing excellent guest service throughout.
Skills
- Strong hospitality skills with a genuine desire to help guests feel welcome and valued.
- Experience working in a bar environment with barista experience is essential.
- Excellent time management skills, allowing for efficient service during busy periods.
- Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members alike.
