Job Title – End of Tenancy Coordinator – Property Manager
Scheduled Hours: Full Time, Weekdays 8:45am-5:30pm (4pm finish on a Friday)
Salary: up to£28k+ up to 5% KPI bonus

About the Role
Due to continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Property Manager (End of Tenancy Works) to join our Head Office team in Sale. Working closely with your team, you will be instrumental in ensuring all end of tenancy tasks are completed efficiently and within required timeframes. Delivering excellent customer service is central to this role, and we are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, supports their colleagues, and consistently goes the extra mile.
Key Responsibilities
- Working as part of a team to managing a large property portfolio, overseeing the tenant journey from notice served through to the release of the security deposit
- Managing tenant expectations and liaising with tenants regarding deposit returns
- Confidently explaining relevant legislation and tenant obligations
- Reviewing and comparing check-out reports against initial inventory reports
- Raising works orders via a property maintenance portal ahead of new tenancies
- Ensuring all works are completed within the void period between tenancies
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with local contractors

- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Previous property industry experience is desirable but not essential
- Proven experience in a similar role or within a comparable organisation
