Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while creating a welcoming atmosphere. Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with standard recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations to enhance their experience.
- Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic maths skills for till operations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.
Experience
- Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is preferred but not essential; a willingness to learn is key.
- Strong hospitality skills with an emphasis on customer service excellence.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills to balance multiple tasks effectively.
