Responsibilities
- Operate various industrial sewing machines to assemble, repair, or customize products according to specifications.
- Ensure all sewing tasks are completed with precision, maintaining high quality standards throughout production.
- Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot issues promptly, and perform basic maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals while adhering to quality control procedures.
- Maintain organized workstations, ensuring tools and materials are readily accessible for efficient workflow.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying supervisors of material needs.
Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing setting is preferred.
- Proven sewing skills with experience operating industrial sewing machines.
- Ability to read and interpret work orders, diagrams, or technical instructions clearly.
