Cleaner Required (Part Time)
Location: Twyford, Berkshire
Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Cleaner to join our construction site in Twyford.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including office cabins, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
- Dust surfaces, vacuum carpets, mop floors, and sanitize high-touch areas to promote a hygienic environment
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper as needed
- Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure consistency and quality standards are met
- Dispose of waste responsibly and maintain cleanliness of trash receptacles
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times during cleaning activities
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work preferred
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform tasks efficiently and thoroughly
- Excellent time management skills to complete duties within designated shifts
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety protocols
- Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout shifts
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude toward teamwork
