Every year, more than 180,000 guests visit LaplandUK, with tickets selling out within hours. This Christmas, we're looking for enthusiastic, friendly and professional people to help deliver an exceptional guest experience.
The Role
As a Guest Relations Assistant, you'll work across a variety of guest-facing locations, helping ensure every family enjoys a smooth, magical and memorable visit.
Depending on operational requirements, you may support guest services, manage guest flow, welcome families, answer questions, resolve queries and help keep the experience running safely and efficiently.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Welcoming guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Providing information and assistance throughout the guest journey.
- Managing guest flow to ensure the experience runs smoothly.
- Resolving guest queries professionally and confidently.
- Escalating more complex issues where appropriate.
- Supporting activities within the Elven Village, including the Elven Post Office.
- Using radios and on-site systems to communicate with colleagues.
- Working closely with operational, technical and performance teams to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

About You
We're looking for people who are:
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
- Friendly, approachable and confident speaking with guests.
- Calm under pressure and able to solve problems positively.
- Reliable, organised and an excellent team player.
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Able to communicate using a radio
No experience need but any experience in these areas would be a bonus; customer service, hospitality, tourism, events, visitor attractions, theatre, retail or front-of-house.

Applicants must be available throughout the event period and commit to a minimum of three shifts per week, including weekends.
