SERVICE ADVISOR required in our busy service department in Dolgellau and/or Porthmadog to assist the Service Manager
The role requires the successful candidate to:
· Have a good general understanding of vehicle mechanics
· Motor Trade experience is an advantage but training can be given
· Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
· Excellent customer handling skills essential
· Keep customers updated on the progress of their vehicle's service or repairs
· Prepare accurate invoices and other administration tasks using dealer management systems
· Be well organised and reliable
· Full driving licence required
The ability to speak Welsh an advantage.
SALARY AND HOURS
- 21 days Holiday plus all Bank Holidays
- Hours: Mon-Fri 8.30am-5.30pm / Saturday 9am-1pm (1 in 4 Saturdays)
- Permanent, Full Time Position, Part-time (minimum 30 hours) considered
- Excellent package, plus pension for the successful candidate based on proven experience
