Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and professional Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our team with clerical duties.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and manage phone calls, ensuring excellent phone etiquette at all times.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently using various software applications
- Maintain an organised filing system for both physical and electronic documents.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members as required.
- Assist with general office duties, including ordering supplies and managing inventory.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Support other administrative staff with clerical tasks to ensure the office runs smoothly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an office or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using computer software, including QuickBooks and Google Suite.
- Excellent data entry skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with clerical procedures and office management practices is advantageous.
