Oltec Group are recruiting for a relief Caretaker for a site in Glasgow
The ideal candidate will only be looking for ad-hoc work as and when required to cover for planned/unplanned absences.
Duties will include:
- General cleaning duties
- Basic Grounds Maintenance, landscaping.
- Basic internal maintenance
- Use of cleaning machinery
- Reacting to the needs of the site
- Ensuring H&S on site, including patrolling and identifying and hazards or breaches
- Liaising with tenants
Full training and support will be provided
Job Type: Zero hours contract
Contract length: 36 months
Pay: £13.41 per hour
