Team Leader Role
- Run successful duty manager shifts as required
- Lead and coach the team to deliver a successful service
- Support the team with developing their skill sets
- Provide a genuine warm welcome and deliver world class service to our guests
- Supporting sales targets by upselling wherever possible and briefing the rest of the team
- When dealing with guest complaints you will remain calm and rational and do
- everything you can do to come to a resolution, ensuring the guest leaves happy.
- Deliver all elements of restaurant service to brand standard.
- Understand and follow correct health, safety and hygiene standards.
- Using and understanding all restaurant systems
- Carry out open and closedown procedures as per your shift to the company standard.
- Engage with every type of guest, offering help and going the extra mile.
Kitchen Team Members
- Prepare and serve food to the menu specification every time.
- Set the shift up for success by completing all of the food preparation and key tasks within your area of responsibility at your workstation.
- Operate equipment correctly and safely when preparing food.
- Adhere to all relevant standards of hygiene, cleanliness and safety for yourself and others.
- Manage and receive food deliveries correctly and to standard.
- Complete all assigned opening and closedown tasks correctly.
- Understand and adhere to our “Force for Good” policy around bins and recycling.
Team Member
- Greet and seat all guests with a genuine warm welcome and deliver world class
- service throughout their visit.
- Recommend dishes and assist guests in their choices through expert product
- knowledge.
- Supporting sales targets by upselling wherever possible
- Set up the restaurant and bar (where relevant) to brand standard ready for service.
- Deliver all elements of restaurant service to brand standard.
- Understand and follow correct health, safety and hygiene standards.
- Take bookings and orders using relevant systems.
- Ensure a speedy payment and a genuine thank you at the end of every guests visit.
- Carry out required cleaning tasks and closedown procedures at the end of your shift
- to company standard.
- Engage with every type of guest, offering help and going the extra mile.

Salary dependant on experience
Pay: £12.76-£14.51 per hour
