Duties
- Assist with loading materials ahead of installation team
- Support trad deck installers
- Help with site safety by maintaining clear walkways and adhering to safety protocols
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks efficiently
- Maintain a tidy work area to promote safety and productivity on-site
- Opportunity to be trained in the installation of trad deck
Requirements
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and team spirit
- Good communication skills and attentiveness to safety procedures
- Prior experience in construction or labouring is beneficial; training will also be provided
- Knowledge of basic construction tools and safety standards is advantageous
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Own transport to travel to multiple site throughout the day, mileage allowance paid when travelling between sites
- CSCS card and UTR are a must
