Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Dispenser to join our healthcare team in an online pharmacy. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting pharmacy operations, ensuring accurate medication dispensing. Responsibilities
- Accurately dispense prescribed medications in accordance with healthcare regulations and pharmacy protocols
- Support pharmacists in maintaining stock levels, checking expiry dates, and organising medication supplies
- Maintain meticulous records of dispensed medications and patient interactions in compliance with data protection standards
- Ensure the pharmacy environment remains clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety regulations
Requirements
- Prior experience as a pharmacy dispenser or similar role is required
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail to minimise errors in dispensing medication
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work accurately under pressure while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanour
- A recognised qualification or certification related to pharmacy practice is preferred but not essential
