Come and join one of the UK's largest providers in complex care.
The Active Neuro service at the Nottingham Brain Injury Rehabilitation and Neurological Care Centre, we offer rehabilitation, care and support to people with a brain injury or other neurological condition. We're committed to helping every person we support feel safe, happy, empowered enabling them to live the best life possible.
Located in Hucknall on the outskirts of Nottingham, we specialise in the treatment, care and support of individuals aged 18 and over with physical and cognitive impairments as a result of brain injury or other progressive neurological conditions. With three distinct, yet complementary, services on one site, we offer flexible care options from our specialist on-site team.
We are now looking to appoint a Deputy Manager / Clinical Lead - RGN, for this leading-edge service in Nottingham.
The Deputy Manager / Clinical Lead will be a dynamic, visible, and inspirational nursing leader at the heart of our complex neuro services. They will ensure the delivery of outstanding, evidence based patient care by driving high clinical standards, cultivating a culture of compassion, dignity, and respect, and championing the diverse needs of our patients and communities.
They will analyse clinical trends such as hospital admissions, falls, infection rates, and other key quality indicators; using data to inform decision making, strengthen governance, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
A key guardian of quality and safety, the Deputy Manager / Clinical Lead will ensure that the clinical environment remains safe, clean, and well-governed, upholding best practice in infection prevention. They will be central to keeping the unit running smoothly, motivating teams, and ensuring services remain resilient, responsive, and patient-centred.
Whilst the Hospital Director retains overall responsibility for the strategic direction of nursing services, the Deputy Manager / Clinical Lead will be the driving force that keeps the unit on track every day leading from the front, inspiring excellence, and ensuring our nursing teams deliver the highest standards of care.
