We're looking for an experienced, reliable, and motivated Part-Time Store Supervisor to join our busy retail store in Chester.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys taking responsibility, leading by example, and delivering outstanding customer service. As the senior member of the team on your shifts, you'll oversee the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring high standards are maintained and customers receive an excellent shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for the smooth day-to-day operation of the store during your shifts.
- Lead, motivate, and support the retail team.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and confidently resolve customer enquiries.
- Open and close the store, ensuring all security and cash handling procedures are followed.
- Maintain high standards of merchandising, cleanliness, and store presentation.
- Manage stock replenishment, deliveries, and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety procedures.
- Help drive sales by creating a positive and engaging shopping experience.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a retail supervisory, keyholder, or team leader role.
- A confident leader with excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions when required.
- A reliable, proactive, and flexible approach to work.
- Availability to work 3–4 days per week, including weekends.
