Responsibilities
- Manage the installation, restocking, and maintenance of vending machines to guarantee optimal functionality and appealing product displays
- Supervise team members involved in vending machine servicing, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance
- Conduct regular inspections to identify mechanical issues, replenish inventory, and ensure cleanliness and safety compliance
- Utilize organizational skills to track inventory levels, sales data, and maintenance schedules accurately
- Implement merchandising strategies by arranging products attractively to maximize sales potential
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely delivery of stock and replacement parts
- Maintain detailed records of machine operations, service logs, and incident reports to ensure accountability and smooth operations
Requirements
- Proven supervising or leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with excellent time management abilities
- Proficiency in using tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for promotional or merchandising materials (nice-to-have)
- Multilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse teams and customers (preferred)
- Experience with merchandising techniques to enhance product visibility and sales performance
- Administrative experience for managing records, scheduling maintenance, and reporting activities
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues or technical problems with vending machines efficiently
