Bells Fish & Chips in Gilesgate is seeking a reliable and customer‑focused Takeaway Server to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a busy environment, takes pride in delivering excellent service, and is looking for part‑time hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve customers efficiently and professionally
- Accurately pack and prepare takeaway orders
- Handle payments and operate the till
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the front‑of‑house area
- Support smooth service during busy periods
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and counter teams
Hours & Working Pattern
- £13.00 per hour
- approximately 16 hours per week
- Shifts scheduled on a rota between:
- 11:00–21:15 Monday to Saturday
- 15:00–20:30 on Sundays
- One day off each weekend (either Saturday or Sunday)
