Electricians and Improvers –Thatcham office fit-out
- Large office fit-out. Installing containment: basket, tray, metal conduit, ladder, trunking. Progressing into cabling and 2nd fix later. Need to be competent with the above works.
- Overtime due to kick in next month.
- Thatcham area Parking on site. It is not AWE!
- Hours: Mon–Thu 07:00–16:00, Fri 07:00–15:00. OT available soon.
- Rates:
- Electricians: £250
- Improvers: £180
- Duration: May 2027, potential to Dec 2027.
- Requirements:
- Security screening before start (typical turnaround X–Y days once documents submitted). this is paid for by the main contractor
- IPAF
- ECS
- own hand tools; power tools needed
- Pay: Weekly, after first two weeks, CIS paid
- Start: Immediate once cleared.
