The Opportunity
We are a completely independent network for mortgage and protection advisers, with over 850 members across the UK. We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Support Advisor to join our team, supporting our advisers, who we consider our customers.
This is a highly phone-based role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys speaking to people throughout the day. You’ll be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, assisting with queries, and providing excellent support across multiple channels including live chat.
The successful candidate will be required to work full-time from our Head Office in Knowle, Solihull. Due to the nature of the role, no flexibility can be offered regarding this requirement.
We’re looking for a confident communicator who can quickly learn new systems, provide exceptional service, and remain positive and proactive under pressure.

Responsibilities of a Customer Support Advisor
- Act as the first point of contact for our advisers (customers)
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls, providing support and resolving queries
- Carry out outbound calling campaigns to support business needs
- Respond to customer queries via live chat and other communication channels
- Provide support with Acre (software) related queries
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Support general administrative tasks as required
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure queries are resolved efficiently

Requirements of a Customer Support Advisor
- Previous experience in a phone-based role (call centre, helpdesk, or customer support)
- Confident handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly, professional, and confident telephone manner
- Strong IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
- A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills
- Industry knowledge is desirable but not essential

Salary of a Customer Support Advisor
- £24,000 – £26,000 (dependent on experience)
- Higher salary banding applies to candidates with relevant experience within a Mortgage Network and who meet all required criteria.

Working Pattern of a Customer Support Advisor
- Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
- Full-time, office-based role in Knowle, Solihull (no remote working available)
