Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Labourer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting our Floorlayers with various operational tasks across our site. Duties
- Assisting with loading and unloading materials, ensuring safe handling and storage
- Preparing work areas by clearing debris and organising supplies to facilitate smooth operations
- Assisting Floorlayers and other team members with their tasks as required
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of work sites to uphold health and safety standards
- Performing general labouring duties including digging, lifting, mixing and carrying materials as needed
- Adhering to all health and safety regulations and company policies during daily activities
Requirements
- Previous experience in a labouring is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided
- Good physical fitness with the ability to perform manual tasks for extended periods
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks as required
- A current valid CSCS card is required
- A valid UK driving licence is essential
