About Brunchello
Brunchello is a busy brunch and Italian restaurant, open 7 days a week from morning through to evening. We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porter to join our kitchen team and help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
The Role
As a Kitchen Porter, you’ll play an important role in keeping our kitchen clean, organised and running efficiently. You’ll work closely with our chefs and the wider team in a fast-paced environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Washing and putting away dishes, pans and kitchen equipment
- Keeping the kitchen, washing-up area and equipment clean and tidy
- Cleaning floors, surfaces and kitchen areas to a high standard
- Emptying bins and maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Supporting the chefs with basic kitchen tasks when required
- Helping with deliveries and putting stock away
- Ensuring equipment and work areas are kept hygienic
- Supporting the kitchen team during busy services
- Following food hygiene, health & safety and cleaning procedures
- Helping wherever needed to keep the kitchen running smoothly
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced kitchen
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Not afraid to get stuck in and get their hands dirty!
- Organised and takes pride in keeping things clean
- Flexible and willing to help wherever needed
- Available to work across all 7 days of the week, including daytime shifts
- Previous kitchen or hospitality experience is beneficial but not essential – full training will be provided
