We are looking for a reliable Sales & Office Administrator to join our busy but friendly family-run team. You will play a vital role in the customer service and organisational strength of the company.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration or the proven relevant experience, be computer literate, customer focussed and competent in prioritising their workload and working with little supervision.
They will be self-motivated and trustworthy with outstanding interpersonal abilities and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced ever-changing environment.
Job responsibilities will include managing phone calls and correspondence (emails, electronic messages, letters etc.), creating and updating records, order forms etc., as well as dealing directly with customers and visitors.
Qualified candidates will have impeccable verbal and written communication skills, a strong ability to multi-task and a friendly demeanour.
Marketing and social media skills would also be advantageous but not essential.
Ideally the candidate will be available for interview on Monday 27th July.
